Hotel Management

United Hospitality Resources Management, Inc. has been very successful with a very flexible model adaptable to the needs of many ownership groups. In general, we are approved by major brands for management of select service hotels and also certain full service brands within those brands.

Many of our Management Contracts have been through recommendations from the brands themselves, and as ownership acquires additional properties we assist with openings and operate their new hotels!

We offer a menu of services to our owners which allows them flexibility with their assets and also a reasonable management fee structure. For example, such flexibility is with accounting (i.e. they may use their own accountant with our format and systems), payroll (we provide Payroll and HR Services and training through one of our vendors such that there is consistency), and Sales and Marketing direction monitoring (extra services charged to the hotel based upon needs). This eliminates some of the overhead which many management companies pass along to their owners! Our emphasis is on guest and owner satisfaction and we have been very successful by working with good owners and developing staff for their hotels.

In addition, we participate in the development of new hotels and acquisitions with various ownership groups and assist in negotiation PIPs and Franchise Agreements based upon needs. Our company is “hands on” in all of the services we provide and very responsive. Finally, all of our managed hotels are eligible to participate in our purchasing program which saves money and time at the hotel and eliminates vendor disturbances in the hotel operation.
